About Golden Arable Training Center
Our mission at the Golden Arable training center is to be the epicenter of excellence for leadership skills, technical training, and vocational skills acquisition, while our vision is to provide Golden Arable with a talent pipeline while filling the agro-industrial skill gap in Cameroon. The Golden Arable Training Center's four cornerstones include First, to serve as the umbrella organization for the Group's talent growth and learning initiatives. Second, to provide facility and forum for the development of professional skills that meet national and international standards. Third, to attract and develop high-quality talent from secondary and tertiary institutions. Fourth, to comply with rapidly evolving technology by establishing long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
Our business model looks at the skill gap between what industries need and what academic institutions offer; as an organization, we want to develop and grow quickly, so finding the right skills in the right numbers is a huge challenge. Hence, it is critical that the Training center serves as a talent pool for our organization while also fostering employability in Cameroon. The Training center also focuses on the skills that may be required by senior staff to fulfill their current and future roles. We will collaborate with training partners to develop a blended learning environment with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring. We have a number of collaborators that will assist us in meeting national and international learning and development expectations.
